The allosaurus probably has enough speed, agility and concept of hit-and-run to prevent the rhino from getting underneath it, it hunted deadly animals such as stegosaurus in life. I don't think the rhino can strike the allosaurus' throat, it would likely be too high to reach. It shouldn't be that hard to spot a huge dino right in front of it.
